By availing any service from Sintu Travels & Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

We offer both offline and online services including but not limited to:

• Financial transactions
• Healthcare and educational support
• Travel and booking services
• Other digital assistance as per availability
   

2. Service Charges

• Service charges may vary based on the type of service.
• All charges are communicated before service is provided.
• Payments once made are non-refundable unless there is a proven error from our side.
   

3. Accuracy of Information

• Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete information.
• Sintu Travels & Services is not responsible for any delays or rejections due to incorrect data provided by the customer.
   

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All customer information is kept strictly confidential.
• We do not share or sell personal data to any third party.
• We use only authorized platforms and government portals for service processing.
   

5. Documents & Verification

• Customers must carry valid ID proof and original documents for verification.
• Photocopies, if required, can be done at the center at applicable rates.
   

6. Limitations of Liability

• While we ensure timely and correct processing, we are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by government departments, banks, or third-party platforms.
   

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Services once processed cannot be canceled.
• Refunds are issued only in cases where the fault is from our side, and proper proof is provided within 7 working days.
   

8. Digital Services (2025 Onwards)

• Online services will follow the same terms.
• Customers must ensure they have a stable internet connection for remote services.
• Any misuse or attempt to use false documents will lead to immediate cancellation of services.
   

9. Amendments

• Sintu Travels & Services reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
